Fantastic house and Barry was a great guy to deal with ! House was in great shape, everything worked and great water pressure for the showers!!!! The Views are OUTSTANDING on both the front house and the back house. Decks were comfortable and one was Directly on the water !!! Will definitely stay here again next year !!!

We come to lake harmony every winter for our annual ski trip. We've fallen in love with the area, and also this home. We love it here, it's such a cozy home, right on the lake with stunning views. The home itself has plenty of room, a warm fire place, hot tub, full kitchen, real clean as well, everything you can ask for in a home away from home. We highly reccommend this home if you're planning a visit to lake harmony, we've now come here 3 years in a row, same house, that's how much we like it.

We rent with Barry every year, once in the winter and once in the summer. We’ve always had a great experience and this time was no different. Our group expanded this year, with almost 20 people and this 2 house rental was a perfect accommodation. Plenty of room and places to sleep. Most of our time was spent in the main house with the indoor hot tub, pool table, and karaoke machine that we had so much fun with. We were right next to the lake, which was even a great view frozen over in the winter. The house was close to both Jack Frost and big boulder and walking distance to Piggys restaurant and Shenanigans. Barry is very helpful throughout the whole stay and always has fast response time if there is ever a problem. His houses are always well kept, and we wil continue to rent with him!

What a great find. Barry's homes on Lake Harmony were the perfect location for our winter getaway family reunion. Barry was super responsive to any concerns or issues in the home! The property was just what we needed to congregate for a family reunion, and have space to retreat to for quiet time.

This was the perfect place for our large group. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs were great and the lower level of the first house was a perfect hangout area for the kids. The view was breathtaking. Location couldn't be better as it was close to the restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this rental!

The big house is perfect for meals and socializing, the deck on the lake is perfect for evening gathering. Lots of space for our group of 20 and it never felt crowded. Good golf courses nearby. Grills at both houses. Hot tubs at both houses. Enjoy.

Great place and extremely helpful and welcoming host.

The two houses are absolutely perfect for any sized group. We went for a football draft and had about 12 guys. We had plenty of room to hang out in the main house, the open layout was fantastic. Barry is the best, his response times can't be beat, and he took care of every last detail. The view is amazing and hanging out around the firepit makes it a perfect spot! There are restaurants and breakfast places a short 5 minute walk down the road as well. We grilled one night and we were very impressed by the quality of the grill itself as well as all of the kitchenware. A fantastic experience all around! Thank you Barry!

The property was very clean and in great shape. The location is fantastic and the lakefront deck with firepit and hot tub are amazing! The owner was extremely helpful with answering questions and directions regarding the property and around the area. I hope to make this stay an annual event.

Barry is great to deal with, fast reply and very agreeable. The houses were more than adequate to meet our needs. It's a beautiful property with lots of amenities! The only two small downsides I would note: the sidewalk/driveway connecting the cottage and the main house is some sort of weird thatched cinder block that is not filled with gravel and is thus very tricky to walk on in bare feet. It could possibly pose a safety concern to children with small feet (or a less than sober adult). Also, the two houses share a lot with another house (if privacy is a concern) which I'm not sure was made entirely clear in the listing. But again, these are just nit-picky things. Otherwise, we had a lovely time and it's always great renting from Barry. This is our second year in a row renting from him and it's always a pleasure. Will be back next year!

This review is 5 stars but we would like to explain the two negative comments, one of which is very misleading. First, THERE IS NO SHARED LOT. There is a shared driveway and for lake front you would be hard pressed to find a larger lake front property. Our lake houses have 2 docks, private decks, including a very large deck on the lake, as well as a shed partially separating from view the next door dock and deck area. There are parking areas behind each house. You can tell all this from several of the photos, and from many of the other reviews. I suspect this comment derived from the guests expressing concerns to us about sitting outside late at night and making noise that might disturb the neighbors. As to the pavers, Lake Harmony has serious water run off concerns which cause silt to compromise the depth of the lake. There are strict guidelines regarding driveways and impervious ground. The pavers we have are the alternate to gravel, neither of which should be walked on with bare feet. On balance we appreciate this review, but felt compelled to correct what was obviously unintentionally misleading.

The 2 houses on the lake were the perfect settings for our family reunion! We were 22 plus 2 babies and everyone had a blast! There was plenty of personal space as well as a great deck for socializing and games! The best part was being right on the water and having 2 docks! Barry was always accessible when a question arose and we really felt at home. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

We stayed at this wonderful home for my parents 60th wedding anniversary, gathering of 25 family members. Barry was extremely terrific to deal with. He responded so quickly to any questions and was easily accessible for any questions during our stay. The home was well equipped with everything needed, very comfortable for a large group and the dock overlooking the lake was a wonderful gathering place. I highly recommend this property and owner!!

We had a group of 20+ people stay here for Memorial Day weekend. Great place for large families. We all had a wonderful time.Roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Soaking in the outdoor hot tub which overlooks the lake or if it rains,you can use the indoor hot tub. Plenty of parking available. Twelve minute drive to Hawks Falls where you can take a short and easy hike to enjoy the waterfalls. Barry was terrific . Very quick response to any questions we had. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent experience for my group. All amenities as promised. Location is perfect, walk to Shenanigans was nice bonus. Plenty of parking and close to Golf courses.The view you see in the photo here is basically the view from hot tub which got plenty of use it's a setting on the lake with firepit to the right for campfires and you can sit back lift up a drink and watch your crew kayak away up the lake and feel "life is good moment". Owner Barry was very accommodating and returned my text instantly and was very helpful.This was my 2nd time using this properties first time was a family reunion and this time golf/Bachelor party and it was perfect both times highly recommend this property.

Barry's property was perfect for our winter retreat for 20-25 people! The pros WAY outweigh the tiny blips of cons. The property suited us very well for our potlucks and group discussions. The two houses were also convenient in that folks who wanted to peace and quiet or to go to bed early could just walk down to the cottage. The snow-covered frozen lake was beautiful! Barry and his wife were responsive and great to work with as well! Highly recommend! Pros: hot tub, smart TV (you can log into Netflix), frozen lake out back, two separate houses, only 20 min from Jack Frost ski area, lots of couches and blankets everywhere, parking was easy, property easy to find, lock box was really convenient, owners were prepared for weather (salt, etc.), responded quickly to texts, kitchens were clean and well stocked, sleeps accurate amount of people advertised (25). Cons: spread out showers so that hot water doesn't run out; we had a morning of only cold water in the showers, temperature was cold downstairs and hot upstairs, some of the mattresses were saggy.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time. They would like it to become a regular event! The homes and location could not have been better. A perfect holiday for all - thanks.

We had me and 3 of my siblings' families for a total of 20 people in the house comfortably. The two house setup worked great for our needs. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive throughout the entire process.

This was our family's fourth year having Thanksgiving in the mountains. The houses are large and spacious enough to accommodate the 20+ people in our family. The hot tubs are always a huge hit!

20 women spent the weekend in Barry's two houses, with three days of sunshine when we could sit by the lake in bathing suits and then a snowstorm that brought 6" of snow -- PERFECT! The houses had everything we needed and were reasonably clean, and Barry gave us a good price for those of us who came an extra night early before the "mob." The "big house" had plenty of space for all of us to eat and play, including in the basement with its own hot tub and pool table, and the cottage was a good size, also, with a lovely deck, its outdoor hot tub, and a fire pit. The very good bar/restaurants and cafes are an easy and safe walk down the road. It was a great weekend, one I expect we'll repeat next year!

My company, based out of New York City, was looking for a place where 25 of us could get of the city for a weekend. While finding a place proved to be very difficult, this property (including both the main house and the cottage) turned out to be ideal. A few notable things: --Barry was very easy to interact with and made us at ease about renting the property site unseen. You can tell he's a pro at this. --The property is almost designed to accommodate large amounts of people. We were a little uncertain about how the houses would handle so many people, but it turned out that we had PLENTY of room. --The common areas are actually fairly spacey. Some of the photos may lead you to believe that the three main rooms (two in the main house, one in the cottage) aren't that big, but that's not true. You can easily fit 25 people into each of them. --Proximity to civilization is good, but not too good. If you're looking for a remote house, this is not it. If you're looking for a house in a lot of action, this is not it. But I would argue that this property is an excellent mix between the two. One final note: Barry was unbelievably responsive in answering my questions and helping put me at ease about the property. So if you have any questions about the place, definitely just ask him. He was 100% honest with me about everything, and you just don't see that through sites like this very frequently. Can not give this a higher rating!

About 22 of us stayed at this house during fall foliage. Weather turned out to be perfect to fully enjoy the deck, outdoor fireplace. Many rooms, beds, bathrooms, good parking, excellent instructions for what to do within the house and outside

Had a great time at this place. Owners were extremely helpful with everything from checking in, to where to go, and where to get things. Caught some fish off the docks, definitely used the fire pit bunch. Great Location right on the dock. Had a full 25 people in these houses and never felt like we were on top of each other. Would definitely recommend to any group as there is enough space inside and outside for all to enjoy.

Owners are very accommodating and property was clean and in good working order. Great for kids and adults alike. I recommend renting both properties so that docks, fire pit etc do not need to be shared with another family staying very close by. Weather was amazing and house is close by to restaurants and groceries. Thanks for a great time!!

We had a great time! It was great for a 3 year old and a 60 year old. The weather was great and there was plenty of space for all 19 of us! Looking forward to another visit.

We had my husband's 50th birthday party here and there was enough room for both his and my families. It was great being on the water front, and we arranged for parking at the inn down the street so it was convenient for everyone. Wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much!

Our church fellowship had a wonderful time here. We held a trip for a few days with a group of 18 college students. Everything was as good as advertised, and more. There was plenty to do at the house and around the house. The weather was beautiful! One thing I will say and I think may need to be more clear is that the canoes on property are not for use. Aside from that, Barry's instructions were extremely detailed and very helpful.

There is one canoe and it is owned by my kids. It is sometimes available to rent, along with the paddle boat and kayak, but usually only for weekly rentals. Guests need to discuss with me if interested in renting any of them. John was a great guest, but did not even ask about renting the canoe until he was at the property. In fact, John advised me his group was coming up to go kayaking: "We just need a place to stay because we are going kayaking the next day." I apologized to him for any confusion. Also, my understanding from John was that this was a group of graduate students. In the end it apparently all worked out.

Held weekend family reunion for ages 10-80 from PA, NJ, & NY. 19 people all arrived in about 2 hrs driving time. Appreciated the short driving distance and central proximity to location for all involved. Lots of room in N. Lake House for the whole group to gather together. A little cool, but there was plenty to do, and children especially enjoyed fishing off the docks. Quick trip by car or walk to a half dozen excellent restaurants and a convenience store makes it easy to avoid any lengthy driving. Lots of helpful information on website and owner is easy to work with.

We rented both houses for a guys weekend and had an absolute blast. Both houses were clean upon our arrival and accommodated all of our needs. We were fortunate the weather held out for us on Saturday and allowed us to hangout by the lake, great times!

Went up to these properties last week with a bunch of friends hoping to get in a little fishing and golfing. The weather did not cooperate much, but it did not matter. Plenty to do nearby and just hanging out at the houses was a good time. Hot tubs were well kept and clean, fire pit behind the cottage on the lake was put to good use, and the owner Barry was available when I had some questions. Will rent again.

Our first long weekend getaway with a group of our closest friends turned out to be one of best vacations ever! The location of these 2 houses is amazing. We were able to spread out comfortably between the 2 houses, while at the same time enjoyed gathering together in the main family room to eat and relax. Plenty to do within minutes away - we skied, snowboarded and snow tubed all weekend. We were snowed in one of the days, and enjoyed all the conveniences in the houses to keep us happy (hot tubs, pool table, tv, games, ice skating on the lake, etc.). Even walked to the restaurant which was right up the street. The owner was extremely helpful and got back to us with any questions immediately. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend these houses to anyone!

Friends and I rented out both the lake house and cottage for the past two years for MLK weekend. The house(s) were in great shape both years and the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with. Plan to keep this tradition alive for years to come.

A group of my friends and I rented the large lake house to celebrate my 30th birthday! We had a blast! The house was great! Lots of beds to accommodate a large group! So much to do! We grilled food and hung out on the deck on a surprisingly warm December weekend- then we played pool and enjoyed the hot tub! ...and later we were able to walk to shenanigans in under 5 mins! The owner was very helpful with anything we needed..We would definitely use this home again!

This was our third year on the lake for Thanksgiving. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating and the houses were perfect for our family of 25+. The weather was beautiful that we were able to kayak on the lake, hike at the state park and spend plenty of nights at the fire pit. Walking distance to corner store, breakfast & lunch places and nightlife if you are ready for some karaoke. The houses have great internet and smart TV's for the rainy days in. I recommend both of these houses for any get away.....and working with the owner is a pleasure.

Just as the title says. Houses were clean, great view, plenty to do, loved our vacation.

This is our second year renting both houses and they are always clean and well maintained. The family enjoyed two nights at the fire pit by the lake cooking marshmallows. And very close to Hickory run for some great hikes.

My group of 20 friends and two dogs had a lovely time here. We rented both houses - they were very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchens were stocked and perfect for cooking huge meals. The owner was extremely accommodating with check-in and check-out, and very easy to get in touch with. His instructions were thorough and detailed, so we really didn't need to reach him except to ask about check-in/check-out times. I book houses for my friends 1-2 times a year, and the only adjustment we had to make for this trip was bringing our own linens and towels. It was a small amount of effort for such a rewarding stay. It was great to have both an outdoor and indoor hot tub, and so much room for everyone to spread out inside the houses and by the lake. I hope to rent these houses again in the warmer months.

One word that I could use to describe this getaway is "amazing!!" Great for family and friends . More than enough room for 26 people, the view is outstanding everything is up to date both jacuzzis are really good to relax in I recommend this getaway to people of all ages and we are definitely go back in the near future!! Great , great location right on the lake. Plenty of room for people, both sleeping accommodations and social areas. We rent both houses, so there are 3 hot tubs. Dock and canoe right outside the cottage. Beautiful scenery. Golf courses only minutes away. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

This property is in a wonderful location, secluded yet close to what you need. Beautiful lake front property with all the amenities you can ask for. Would be perfect in any season. Our stay consisted of 20 guys in the area for our annual golf trip - great golf in this area. Both houses were very comfortable and plenty of room for large groups. Everyone in my group was very impressed with the property. Great breakfast only a 2 minute walk as well as a lake house restaurant and a local bar all within a five minute walk. All and all a wonderful property that will stay on the top of my list when I choose to return to the area. Thanks again Barry, you were very responsive and informative. We will be back for sure!

Great spot right in the water easily accommodated 5-6 families.

My family rented both houses in July and had a terrific time. We had as many as 14 people and had more than enough space to sleep, bath and relax; the houses can accommodate many more. There is plenty of table space for dining and, except for food, had what we needed for all meals. We had every meal at the houses. There were temporary glitches with the WiFi and DVD that were resolved; the owner was extremely responsive and accessible, and had offered several remedies. With very young grandchildren (and wonderful weather), we spent most of our time lakeside. The multi-level decking is perfect and spacious and, of course, right on the water. Plenty of room for games, kiddie pool, chairs, etc. The outdoor hot tub was a big hit for the youngsters - we never needed the indoor tub. With the available canoe, kayak and paddle boat, there was plenty to do on and in the lake. (Paddle boards can be rented at the Inn a few hundred yards down the lake.) The neighbors are friendly and the setting is cozy and relaxing. We made several trips to Hogs Heaven for ice cream; it is a few minute peaceful walk. Needed stores and many fun spots for kids, including Camelbeach, are short drives. And, the lake is gorgeous! If we can get Lake Harmony on our schedule again, we absolutely would look first to these houses.

I'm way behind on sharing how great this house was, but better late than never! We rented both houses in January for "neighbors weekend". There was about 16 adults and 14 kids ages 6 mo to 18 yrs old, so we had a large mix of people and everyone had an amazing time!! Not once person complained. The houses had everything we could need and plenty of room to spread out. Our first morning we woke up to 8 inches of snow, which only made everything look more beautiful! After having a huge snowball fight, everyone took off to the slopes, which was only about a 5 minute drive, to ski or tube. We can't say enough good things about the house...the hot tubs, fireplaces, ambience and the view was absolutley stunning! Barry himself was just as awesome as his house. Very friendly and patient. He was always super quick with his responses to any questions or cornerns. A pleasure to deal with. I hope to repeat the experience next year!

My group and I stayed here over the Memorial Weekend. The house is perfect for large groups. There are 2 hot tubs. The indoor tub is perfect for little children especially on a cold day. Would definitely come back!

I can't think of a better place to get together with friends. Location is great, houses are great (we rented both), price was great, and the owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The family and I are already considering renting the lake house again later this year. If your looking for a relaxing getaway or a place to turn back the clock and have some fun with friends, I can't think of a better spot. 5 stars from me!!!

Rented both houses this year to get the whole family up for thanksgiving. Very accomadating and close to everything. Kids enjoyed the big hills for sledding and adults enjoyed the new fire pit by frozen lake. Recommend for all ages

We had an excellent stay - we rented two properties and we fit very comfortably into both houses. The views are great and the property is well maintained.

Great location for my large family to get together to celebrate Thanksgiving. Both houses accommodated over 20 of us from the ages of 2 - 67. Snowed the entire weekend! The new hot tub and fire pit were great by the frozen lake. Barry the owner is awesome to work with and very attentive to whatever was needed. Look forward to next year!

We had the entire family all the way up from infants to great-grandparents (4 months to 73 years) and everyone really enjoyed the houses. Lake front fires at night were a great way to finish the days of hiking at Hickory Run. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, property is in great condition, houses are excellent for large groups looking for a good time. The owner is wonderful to deal with and down to earth guy. I would HIGHLY recommend renting this property to any of my friends and will definitely rent it again.

Beautiful location right on the lake -- fishing and canoe available. Close by golf courses and many more in a short drive. Three hot tubs for sore bodies after a long round. Plenty of beds without having to climb into a top bunk with a few bunk for the younger crew. Restaurants within walking distance. Grills and kitchen for cooking. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. One of the few places I've found that can fit our sizeable group.

We rented both houses for a 3 day/2 night stay for ourselves, our children and grandchildren. The houses were very functional and had many beds. What makes this place special is the lakefront and the boats - we rented the paddle boat, kayak and canoe and luckily we had nice weather so the kids stayed out on the lake every minute that they could! The owner was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. We are looking forward to renting these properties again next summer.

We had relatives from Minnesota in and had a total of 16 people that ranged in age from 2 to 62. This property was the perfect match for a large group of people and provided everything you would want from sitting at the dock and enjoying the scenery to driving to Camel Beach for the day to a short walk to the restaurants or boat house. The deck was a favorite spot for many of us. The next time we all want to get together I would not hesitate going back to this property.

Working with the owner of these two homes was not only easy, but enjoyable! We worked with them over the course of 6 months lining up dates, details. They were knowledgeable of the surroundings AND provided quick response time with questions. Overall a 5/5 and worth every penny! They also have watercrafts available. This was an enjoyable and memorable family reunion for newborn to senior. IT was also well suited for elderly - both mothers enjoyed the quiet of the lake cabin.

We had 12 coworkers who got together for a couple of days and we really enjoyed ourselves. The location was easy to get to and the house had everything that we needed including a deer who continued to visit in the back yard. It was very relaxing!

This is our 15th year using both houses. We've had 15 - 20 guys for a guys getaway. It is the perfect location for fishing, golfing, or just sitting around and enjoying the outstanding views. We've caught everything from perch to 18" large mouth bass. Tons of room for quoits and bung hole. Night time sitting out with the firepit relaxing is the best. Close to nightlife at Shenanigan's and Nicks lake House are steps away, no need to drive. Town of Blakeslee is close to pick up supplies or just up the road to the Country Peddler for any need including bait. Looking forward to year number 16!

Barry was a great gentleman to rent from! I asked numerous questions, and answered all very quickly! Group of 13 guys went up for a "Guys Weekend Away" Which ended up turning into a bachelor party also for a guy getting married in a few months. Was plenty of space to grill-out/cook and eat for all of us growing guys! Plenty room for all of us to sleep comfortably. And to just catch up with the guys, chill out and relax! During the day we spent most of the time on the deck looking down over the lake. And some spent time down fishing from the docks! (Caught some fish also) Campfire in the yard and playing some yard games! Then once the sun went down, we partied it up at Shenanigans causing numerous laughs every night! And Nicks Lake House for lunches. Had excellent food and wonderful employees! Both bars were within walking distance, so nobody had to drink & drive! 2 other places also, but didn't visit them. Hope this helps everybody and enjoy you stay. Few guys went to Mt Airy Casino for a few hours(came back with $0) but had fun!

Barry is a cool guy to rent from, he made things very easy from the get go. We came up for a golf/grill'n'chill weekend with a bunch of dudes and rented both houses. Easily slept 18 big guys and we had plenty of room to spread out. Great local amenities too, Breakfast/lunch walkable from the house, Bar around the corner, golf on the other side of the lake, etc.

Lake Harmony is one of my favorite Poconos destinations. If you are looking for a play to stay, look no further. This is a gorgeous house that is literally on the lake. The house is very accommodating, clean, and in great shape! The landlord was honest, professional, and just a pleasure to deal with. My group has been coming to lake harmony for a few years now and this was one of our favorite houses to date! See you next year!

Great property for a groups of young professionals looking to relax and ski for a weekend. My friends, a group of about 10, and I enjoyed the coziness of the cottage and its proximity to Big Boulder and Jack Frost. The owner is extremely responsive and excellent to work with. This was my second time renting and we had such a good time we are already taking about another trip! Great all around experience.

It was more than ample size to accommodate our family of more than 20 family members. It was great to all be in one place that was comfy and cozy and had enough room for everyone. There was plenty of space to eat, sleep, relax and enjoy ourselves. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating in answering all of our questions and concerns. He always responded to our e-mails and/ or phone calls when we had a particular concern. He wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The hot tub, the pool table, the fire place. The ski slopes, the snow tube slide, etc. They all added up to a TERRIFIC time in the Poconos. It is very difficult to find a place that can accommodate over 20 people comfortably. If you are looking for such a place. This is it. We would definitely go back there again.

This was the greatest vacation for my family.exciting things to do. learned to ski and snowboard, excellent places to shop and dine.peaceful and beautiful. house provided so many comforts ,my family was relaxed and very happy. owners are amazingly cooperative and caring. highly reccommend to anyone considering a trip .

I rented the cottage for Thanksgiving weekend not knowing if my family members would come up. Well...they all did and we had the best time ever. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and hung out by the fire pit every night. It snowed the first two days just enough for the kids to enjoy being pulled around on the sled. We can't wait to rent both houses for a summer vacation. The owner is so accommodating and always available if needed. I recommend this place for any event!

Very nice house. Very clean. We stayed in the cottage right on the lake and had a wonderful time fishing off the dock. We caught lots of sunnies, perch, bass, and even catfish. The lake is beautiful. We had a really nice, relaxing time with our daughter and son-in-law, our last vacation before our new (1st!) grandchild arrives. Owner was very accommodating, helpful, and quick to respond. Lake Harmony area is awesome. Great restaurants, especially Nick's Lake House -- people there were very friendly and they make a great stromboli!

What a great time. we got the whole crew together and rented these two great houses on the same lot. plenty of space for all. All about the lake!!! kyak, conoe, padal boat and a lake full of fun. best part is sitting on the dock with a cocktail in hand watching the boats, water skiers and jet skiers cruise back and forth. plenty of grills on property for BBQ and the bar at the end of the lake has some decent night life. Close to golfing, biking (jim thorpe/lehigh river bike trip was great) and casino. would recommend this place to anyone and plan to go back myself!

Had a great weekend for 16 golfers. We rented both the main house and the cottage. Plenty of beds for all 16 of us. Walking distance to the restaurants and bar. Fishing right off the dock at the house. Large open eating/kitchen/living room area. Three hot tubs! Split Rock golf is only 5 minutes away, Jack Frost maybe 10 minutes.

11 friends and I converged on Lake Harmony this past weekend. We needed a place to accommodate all of us, as well as provide us suitable space for a few adult beverages, grilling, and relaxing. All in all the place fit our needs perfectly. Great space, enough beds, and of course, great views. 15 min from I-80 Interchange, 10-15 min from 2 golf courses (Jack Frost & Split Rock). Jack Frost is well wroth the money. If you're an avid golfer, Split Rock is a bit gimmicky. We had a great weekend, and are looking forward to out next trip. Only thing I have to say, is make sure you bring your own towels, hand towels, paper towels, extra TP, sheets for the bed, ect. as the owner does not provide this for you. Not a huge deal, just have to make sure you come prepared or you'll be making a few trips to Walmart.

This is an unbelievable house! It had all the things we needed to stay comfortable during our spring break trip. The owner was very reasonable and did everything he could to make us feel at home. What we really enjoyed was the main house's large living room. When we weren't out skiing, hiking or paintballing, we would gather in the living room and play games, watch movies, talk, do Bible studies, wait for dinner to be prepared... whenever we did anything in the house, it would always lead us to a hang out in the living room. We also appreciated the large quantity of items provided in the kitchen. It was more than fully stocked with appliances, gear and utensils. The property is very close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder and within a reasonable distance from Camelback. The house is also very close to a shopping center for groceries and places to buy firewood and ski gear. I would recommend this to any group, large or small, looking for comfortable yet spacious lodging in the Pocono Mountains

Great long weekend getaway! The house is very cozy and has a beautiful lake view. The house was close to many resturants and a very short drive to Big Boulder. Plenty of space and kept in good condition. I would book again! Owner is friendly and informative!
